  • Our mentorship program offers personalised guidance to enhance your clinical and leadership capabilities. Sessions are tailored to your unique goals and can include case discussions, ideas and guidance, clinical skill-building exercises, reflective practices, and actionable feedback.

  • Absolutely! Each program is customised to the individual to address your specific areas for growth, whether it’s clinical expertise, patient management, or stepping into leadership roles and expanding your leadership skillset.

  • Within the high level mentorship we work on a 1:1 basis, however if you are looking for support for your whole team and implementing paediatric services we offer clinic consultancy, which incorporates clinical skillset, leadership skillset and sustainable business implementation.

  • We focus on paediatric exercise intervention, refining your therapy skillset, expanding your clinical reasoning and critical thinking, patient engagement strategies, self leadership and team leadership, communication skills, reflective practice and strategic career development.

  • Programs are typically 6-12 months long. We find that consistent support over a period of time is best to be able to implement the change required to reach your goals.

  • Past mentees have reported improved clinical outcomes, greater efficiency in patient care and outcomes, and readiness to take on leadership responsibilities within their teams or organisations.

  • Pricing depends on the program’s length and structure. Flexible payment plans are available to ensure accessibility for all clinicians.

  • The main requirement is a commitment to learning and professional growth. It is often more effective if clinicians have completed the Foundations course prior to completing high level mentorship, however if you haven’t completed the Foundations course 1:1 mentorship is still an available option, we can discuss your needs in the discovery call.
