Paediatric Exercise Physiology

Early Intervention Services

How can we help you?

At Precision Paediatrics, founder and paediatric exercise physiologist, Lauren, offers early intervention and specialised exercise therapy to support children in progressing key motor milestones such as sitting, standing, and walking, as well as developing functional skills like jumping, hopping and running.

Lauren focuses on addressing challenges such as poor trunk stability,
poor endurance, tone discrepancies (dystonia/ low tone/ spasticity) retained
primitive reflexes, and building strength through exercise therapy to enhance
regulation and promote functional progression.

Our services also support community integration and the transition to school, helping children gain the motivation and confidence they need to thrive.
Precision works with private-paying families and those accessing NDIS funding (self and plan managed) from 6 months and beyond. We offer block therapy and intensive therapy models, both through community visits, telehealth and hydrotherapy.

Lauren’s expertise covers a wide range of conditions primarily specialising in neurological populations, including but not limited to Global Developmental Delay, motor delays, strength deficiencies, neurological conditions like Cerebral Palsy, genetic and chromosomal deletions or adaptations, leukodystrophies or progressive neuromuscular conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) .
