Precision Paediatrics 6 month Clinic Consultancy
offering includes:

~ Fortnightly calls for directors & clinic owners:

  • Self-enquiry and leadership skillset.

  • Sustainable business structure including KPI's.

  • Building a paediatric service.

  • Implementing evidence based practice models i.e. block, intensive therapy.

  • Program development i.e. school holiday programs and risk management resource development.

  • Development and refinement of report writing templates, written correspondence and initial assessment structure.

  • Development and refinement of processes and policies, to promote efficiency and collaboration between disciplines.

~ Fortnightly calls with the team:

  • Clinical mastery for team i.e. case conferencing and deepening knowledge base, in pillars of paediatric rehabilitation.

  • Advocating and collaborating with allied health professionals and providing education, on the full scope of a paediatric EP.

  • Working within a primary care team and providing clinical recommendations, for functional translation of goals, or referral to community integration programs.

  • Caseload management (discussing complex caseloads and treatment plans for specific children).
